Demoulding is the process of removing hardened concrete from its casting mould after it has set and cured to a sufficient strength. At Alfa, this is done with care and skill to ensure that each panel meets our quality standards. It’s not just about pulling a slab out of a mould — it’s about making sure each product leaves the casting bay without any damage, cracks, or imperfections.
